Texas Jazz Educators Association provides monetary grants for Elementary, Middle School, and High School Programs.
The $500 grants will be issued to (up to) 10 eligible school programs each year.
Grants may be used for clinicians, educational materials, or other program needs.
The application deadline is October 1st.
Grants will be awarded at the annual TJEA meeting in San Antonio in February.

The Texas Jazz Educators Association is excited to announce a new scholarship opportunity for student musicians!
TJEA is committed to supporting the next generation of jazz musicians and educators, and this scholarship recognizes outstanding students who demonstrate dedication to jazz and their musical development.
Students must be recommended by their band or jazz director to be considered for the scholarship. Directors should complete the recommendation/application form on behalf of their student.
Application Deadline: November 1
We encourage directors across Texas to identify deserving students in their programs and submit a recommendation!
